Wonton soup, tuna
Ingredients: 1 piece of chicken backs, dismembered
2 cloves garlic, dikeprek
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Broccoli to taste
Carrot to taste
Pepper, salt and sugar to taste
1 liter of water
1 tsp sesame oil
Wonton Tuna Ingredients:
1 pack ready-made wonton
1 can tuna
3 tbsp flour sago
pepper and salt to taste
1/2 tsp royco chicken
1 stalk spring onion thinly sliced
1 egg
How To Make:
First create a chicken broth by boiling the chicken back to the boil. Stir in the pepper, salt, and sugar. Then enter the oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Strain the broth to get clean. Set aside.
Pour the canned tuna, along with its water into the container. Then, enter the Sago flour, eggs, scallions, pepper salt.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of dough to fill ravioli, then simmer until cooked. Set aside.
Arrange dumplings in a bowl, with the carrots and broccoli, flush with stock. Any soup ready to be served.
