Please help - My Tron rewards are disappearing
Is anyone else having these problems ?
I need some help with tron . I created account then took rewards of approx 93.21 tron now today I took rewards of 4.56 tron the 93 tron have disappeared and only the 4.56 remain .I then tried to transfer the 4.56 tron to bittrex
and I get an error . Do you know what is wrong . I have used the right bittrex tron address and private tron key .And why when I claim rewards the tron in my tron account disappears .
Is anyone else having these problems I have a hard time believing I am the only one .

Hello i check your transaction detail. There is no any deoosit of 93 trx in your account..but there total balance of trx is. 4..if you are not able to transfer do you have gas ..can you your 4 trx ..and if every things is ok ..then there is chance you are using wrong active key.. So i think 4 trx is not enough to transfer to meet transaction.. Did you update? Your trx account after reciving 93.. If yes..then your 93 was in your old and now are 4 in uodated..thank

@yousafharoonkhan Thank you for the replay I also looked at the transactions and I do not know why it did not show the 93 tron . I did not know about the gas . How do I get gas I also have another account that had 91 tron and it disappeared also when I redeemed more rewards .In the other account I did not update account and did not try to send any to Bittrex as I did with the razorwave8 account . I just now redeemed 0.223 tron and everything worked out ok , I guess there must have been a glitch to start with . You say I need gas to transfer tron so how do I get gas .

The initial amount (93) is the TRX he got since the inception of the Tron wallet. But because he didn't activate the wallet straight away, those earnings are not added. So he won't get the 93 but everything AFTER he activated the wallet. Now he is activated, all earnings are added

Hi Haroon. All TRX earned BEFORE the actual manual activation of the trxwallet in the steemitwallet are not added to the balance. He earned 93 trx before he activated so the blockchain could not add it until he activated his wallet. Now he did that so the earnings from Now will be added. Everything before activation is gone
