I dropped my entry into the competition on Friday to mark the celebration of a new landmark in our family "Steemit". Indeed it's been the talking points among steemians and crypto-friendly individuals since the amalgamation. But first, I want to bring a particular point of coherence between Steemit, Steem and TRON in this post so as to understand that this has been long coming before it eventually materializes.

Steemit, Steem and TRON Interrelationships

Steemit Community:

Steemit is a social media network that seeks to be a source of community-driven curated content. The more value a particular piece of content is able to deliver across a greater number of people, the greater the reward received by the creator. Steemit users can cast votes to create a hierarchy of content. The higher the upvote count received on a content piece, the more Steem is earned by its publisher. Steemit’s meritocratic system also enables users that hold more currency to cast more meaningful, greater influence votes.

Steem:

Steem is a block-chain based decentralized exchange in the crypto world. Steem started out as the cryptocurrency on the Steemit platform that rewards users for community building through the upvoting and the posting of meaningful content. Founded in 2016 by Ned Scott and BitShares creator Dan Larimer

TRON:

TRON is a Blockchain-based decentralized operating system based on a cryptocurrency native to the system, known as TRX. It was founded by Justin Sun in 2017.

Interrelationship

From the above statements about the three case study, it can be deciphered that both Steem and TRON are cryptocurrencies while Steemit is a more of a social media platform where writers are rewarded for the quality of their write ups in form of votes which are paid in Steem, Steem Dollars (SBD). This simply means before the incorporation, STEEM and TRON are alike as cryptocurrencies

Effects of the steemit-TRON incorporation

• #Increasing Population:
  Just like I pointed out in my last post, that the amalgamation of both steemit and TRON will bring about an influx of TRON users into the Steemit Community which will of course populate the community leading to more attention on Steemit than it used to. According to [1] Dale, Dale. "STEEM BLOCK EXPLORER". Observer. Retrieved March 15, 2019., The total population of registered users on steemit is 1,238,717. This value is bound to increase soon.

Effect on Value of SBD and TRON:

I want to believe that as the population transacting with a particular cryptocurrency increases, it will cause more stability for the coin and possibly it's price shoots up because it's acceptance is also bound to increase. For example, China has decided to support the TRON Blockchain which I believe will expose the Steemit Community to them the more because TRON is now incorporated into the TRON Blockchain. This will in turn aid the rise in the value of both SBD and TRON.

Future of Steemit, TRON and SBD

Based on the ascertions made above, Steemit Community is in for a nice ride in the nearest future while SBD and TRON are also expected to boom (all other factors in check).

My Advice for Steemit Community

I will put it straight to all steemians myself inclusive that the success of our beloved community largely depends on how much we're ready to support, preach it, sustain it and make it better for ourselves and other intending people.
