I don't know anything about other aspects of the relationship between Steemit and Tron, except that the highlighted portion of the quote above does imply that the relationship still exists (as of Nov. 7).

P.S. I see you are a developer as well... do you know of any discord/telegram/whatever groups where STEEM developers gather and chat and where the rest of us can get info and/or ask questions about the direction in which STEEM is headed?
