TRON (TRX) Going Down. Perfect Time To Buy?

TRX has long been the top pick from Black Hat World (a large internet marketing forum), but even the support of one of the largest internet marketing forums couldn't stop the decline. Hit with a steep decline as the pump comes to the end, is this the perfect time to buy?
