Is Trump's Executive Order Bullish for Privacy Coins Like Monero?

When looking at Trump's recently issued Executive Order blocking the property of persons involved in serious rights abuse or corruption, I cannot help but think this is bullish for privacy cryptos such as Monero. 1. The Executive Order was issues on 12/21/17, the day after the house passed Trump's tax cuts. Is it possible the Executive Order was issued after the tax cuts passed, do to the possibility of going after some of the same folks who voted for this bill? Let's face it there is incredible corruption in both parties. Again the EO covers human rights abuse, and "corruption".
2. From the EO "Corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption". Think of the amount of politicians, and corporate leaders who have taken advantage of government contracts through bribes. When looking at "extraction of natural resources", think of Uranium One. Remember who was Secretary of State during this time?

The point is this Executive Order will create panic for many folks in powerful positions. This panic will cause many to think of ways to protect their wealth. Real Estate, stocks, businesses, etc. can be easily identified and seized. However, privacy cryptos such as Monero would be an avenue corrupt politicians, and corrupt executives could use to hide wealth. Bottom line I think this Executive Order will cause more dollars to flow into privacy coins. While I was already bullish on coins such as Monero, I believe this EO ensures 2018 will be a big year for coins like Monero.
