NWO Globalists..., not sure if I can point to any one group with certainty unless I just call them Illuminati..., I mean there's the Communist infiltration that's been going on since at least the 50s , there's the Nazis that came over in Operation Paperclip and the ones that were already here and supporting the Germans in ww2 , there's the Agents of the Roman Empire- Jesuits..., there's the Zionist Lobby that controls the media and the Communists and most of the banking etc
