Did Trump really revealed the position of 2 U-boots?

There are news that Trump had revealed the position of two atomic U-Boots just close to North Korea.

We have a signed document about the talk between him an the Philippine President and so far it sounds like a mindless mistake Trump did (like so many others)

But since it is hard to trust anything the government says I just wast to doubt and ask the question could it be that this whole news is made up? A way to threaten Kim Jong without direct need to address him?
Does Trump may act like a corrupted Spy (as described in the book of war)

It's just a thought what do you think? Could it be that Trump - at least in some aspects - should look even more foolish than he is in order to use his "accidents" for their own, "behind the scene" purposes?

This is just a thought that came to me while reading the news. I have no proof if it is true...
