Trump and Russia agree that the relations between the two countries are at the lowest level

Due to the ban against Moscow, the new tension that has emerged in America with Russia, US President Donald Trump blames Congress for him on Thursday. On the other hand, the Kremlin agrees that the improvement on the punitive ban will be interrupted.
Trump said via Twitter that our relationship with Russia is now in the most dangerously low level. He ignored the cold war and the Cuban missile crisis which pushed the world to the prospect of nuclear war.
He ridiculed Twitter and said that you can thank Congress for this.
Large amounts of franchise passed in both the Congress chambers - the Senate and the Assembly. In the last year's elections, measures were taken against Moscow for Russian intervention in order to win the presidency.
On Wednesday, the President signed the law proposal. But before the trump law opposed the proposal because the bill, if the President relaxes the sanctions imposed against Russia in 30 days, the Congress can prevent it.
