TAMPERING WITH WITNESS
(b) A witness or possible witness in an "official proceeding" commits offense if they knowingly benefit by representing or understanding they will.

(2)Withold any testimony, information, document, or thing;

Offense being a State Jail Felony

When did the people of the United States become oppressed from holding their employed public servants responsible.

SEC 37.04. MATERIALITY
(a) Statement is material, regardless of the admissibility under rules of evidence.
(b)It is no defense to mistakenly believe to believe the statement is immaterial (Aggravated Perjury)
(c) Whether a statement is material is a question of law to be decided.

We just take this, but we can take action as a society. This is our country not theirs.
