Let us now praise the Trump voters who have done so much to make the world safe (and profitable) for Ivanka!
But don't want to know about what's happening as a result.
As we celebrate, let's not think too much about

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore."
That's a poetic reference to immigrants from "shithole countries".
Dontcha think the poetry sounds classier? While still looking down on those poor folks.
Thank You, Jesus, that we're all so much better off than they are.
Let's have a holiday with fireworks to celebrate all that!

That poem was put on a plaque as an after thought, it reflects nothing besides the feelings of the author and those who put up the plaque. May was a while ago.
