Trump, the Chaos president.

I think we can solve this shutdown blame game quite easily like this. Many Trump supporters like the idea of Trump, because he would be the God of Chaos (Jeb Bush called him that I think). If anyone could shut down the Government, they thought, it would be Trump. His movement was also associated with Pepe the Frog, another chaos meme. But now we learn that it was Chuck Schumer who shut down the government. Chuck Schumer is getting all the credit. He's the chaos guy. This will piss off Trump big time because Trump's main focus is to get credit for things. Trump wants all credit. Chuck Schumer, the master negotiator, knows this, and even wants to give the credit to Trump as an olive branch. So we should just let nature take its course here and let Trump be all he can be, and let him put his name on the shutdown. He loves his names on things. Certainly, those writing history books will be putting Trump's name on it, so Trump should just be allowed to put it on, wear it, walk around, look in the mirror, etc. If we tell Trump that it looks good on him, he'll keep wearing it. And when Trump is gone, locked away, he can be happy in all that he accomplished
