Step one of starting my new trucking company

We first got a hold of a business lawyer to set up my S-corp so if we have an accident they cant take my personal belongings. Then we contacted a tax person to get the company taxes setup to be successful. I then took all the information that i had collected over the past 2 years of driving and talking to owner operators and fleet owners in to making a bussiness plan . Now if you are gonna run on your own and not be leased on to a company that finds you loads then you need to do a lot of broker research. I myself am leased on to Quality Carrier's pulling tankers and i enjoy it but its not for everybody.
