Tron on Ledger Nano S

I was finally able to fully use Tron ($trx) on my Ledger Nano S today. It took me a couple of hours to learn how to do this if you read this post you can do it in a few minutes!

1. Make sure your Ledger Nano S has updated firmware
   a. connect your ledger to a 64bit operating system and make sure you have the Ledger Manager installed to update the firmware.

2. Install Ledger Live and add the Tron application to your Ledger device.

3. Install the TronWatchdesktop wallet for your OSx or Windows computer.

4. Open your Ledger and start the Tron App.

5. Open TronWallet select create new wallet then choose Ledger. Once you get to this step you have successfully activated your Tron wallet, you will be able to send, receive, freeze, vote, or receive Tron ERC-10 or ERC-20 tokens. Congratulations!

Ledger Live at time of writing does not allow you to manage your Tron account directly, it holds your tokens securely and TronWatch allows you to use your tokens.
