DIY: Homemade Peanut Butter Granola
Ever have a sweet tooth that just doesn't want to go away?
Maybe you're looking for something crunchy, sweet or to add to your morning yogurt...
Well LOOK NO FURTHER than this wonderful and delicious homemade peanut butter granola crunch!
This recipe is super easy (only took me two minutes to gather up the items and mix together), delicious beyond belief and such a great addition to any pantry.
Uses for this granola has endless possibilities:
- Added to yogurt
- Added to regular breakfast cereal
- Used as the breakfast cereal
- Added as a topping to ice cream
- Straight the way it is
- As a base for homemade trail mix
- Added to smoothies
- Added to kefir milk
Or however you want to use it.
With the new school year beginning, this would be a great addition to your youngsters lunch box or mid-afternoon snack.
For me, I just like to grab a handful and munch on as I do my chores.
Peanut Butter Granola
6-cups quick oats
1-cup organic honey
1-cup organic peanut butter
Mix all together and place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 325-degrees for 30 minutes. Check and move around on cookie sheet. Continue baking and checking every 5-minutes to make sure it is not burning.
Completely cool after cooked and store in air-tight container.
MAKE SURE COMPLETELY cool before putting into container
