What does it mean to be a lightworker? A @tribesteemup Bi-weekly question

First of all, what does @tribesteemup do?

I came across with @tribesteemup over a month ago, and I was amused and amazed at its goal. It was founded by @kennyskitchen and the community seems amazing and living in peace. The community posts about the following topics:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
|Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

Seeing these topics made me love to join, as its goal is to make peace, posts not against other people.

For the last month, being one of the vote trailers of the community, I finally put my upvotes into good use.

For this week, I would like to posts about the bi-weekly question of @tribesteemup, which I think that I have something to share. What does it mean to be a lightworker?

Searching the web, one definition has caught my attention; Earth Angel.

People that are doing good things to other people. People that heals people putting a little smile. People who are good-hearted to others and treat them with kindness.

Youtube: LifeVestInside

The video shows how great and easy it is to show kindness to other people, that in a single act we can spread positivity and delete hates in one another. And once we share positivity, chances are, it will create a domino effect.

Lightworker: A simple act of kindness

In our everyday life, we can be a lightworker, being a lightworker does not mean offering a hand, carrying a baggage of someone or be a superman and save burning people.

There are a lot of ways we can be a lightworker.

1.)

Upon waking up in the morning, while enjoying the sun rays through our window, while sipping that first cup of coffee of ours, wishing a good morning to our loved ones already making us an example of lightworker or an earth angel. Through the eyes of our parents, kids, siblings, spouses, we are an angel that serves them strength in every single day. We give a good reason to wake up and us having the same.

2.)

Every day we meet random people at a random place, one example is in a restaurant or fast-food that we planned to have our lunch during office hours, or a coffee shop where we grab our first cup of coffee. A simple smile and a "how are you" could be mean a lot to the people who serve our coffee or meal. They too are having a long day, they also wake up in the morning, maybe earlier than us, and they too are trying their best to be the best in the field they choose to work.

Instead of nagging them to serve fast, why not ask them if they are just doing fine, we might not know, they may be in dire straits and still doing their best to serve us the best because same as us, they also have families that needed their support. Just smile and talk to them nicely.

3.)

In our workplaces. Yes, our bosses may be putting a lot on our plate, files after files making us working 'round the clock. But that doesn't mean we have to be mad at them too, we may not know, they have more on their plates and stress than us and our purpose is to help them do their tasks. And our bosses give more tasks to us is because they fully trust our performance and no one can do it better but ask.

Instead, ask colleagues a little help. And of course, always offer a help to your colleagues as well. And the most important is to always treat colleagues with respect and dignity. Uplift their self-esteem whenever they needed it, in that way, each of our workplaces will become a better place after our home, as build positivity at our workplace as we know it.

And we are doing these all without expecting anything in exchange.

Being a lightworker for me is bringing positive vibes to other people, and most especially to the people who are with us every day. Being a lightworker is living without hate but love and happiness. We just need to care and to put ourselves in the shoes of every people we encounter before making any actions. In that way, we can decide better and act with a positive intent to one another.

Another thing that made me fell in love with @tribesteemup is the 8 pillars that tribe live for.
