Dr. Grim - Custom Hero for Trial By Comics

I initially didn't want to post 3 entries for this contest, but I just HAD to share this, because it is my 'own' creation. It is based on a character from City of Heroes Champions Online I had long time ago. The character creation was awesome in that game. So, I created Dr. Grim. This is my digital painting of him:
If by any chance you want to know his powers, I could explain them in the comments :D (he exists in two dimensions, wohoo!!)

Well, the most interesting thing I would like to start off with is the means of travel. Since this Dr. Grim's powers are multi-dimensional, he himself can transport that way. He goes invisible to everyone around him and could appear anywhere! What happens is that he goes to another dimension where physics are not the same so he can move at any direction possible (think flying). The world he then sees is dark and meaningless. He can't forever in that dimension. He is formless and looked like a "black hole" orb in the game.
His powers are all connected to different dimensions, targeting single or multiple enemies. For multiple enemies he could open a raft and those enemies are pulled towards it. That raft could implode at the end causing great deal of damage. He could easily create fear in any enemy by using any of his powers which are channeled energy from another dimension. The enemies get weaker in strength, or just flee from the battle.
I also believe he could suck the life out of another being and absorb it.
