It's been about 4 days since we all stopped getting our payouts from Genesis Mining. I did a little research and found some good news. Also, tested out a new competitor to the Cloud Mining arena.

i have hasing 24 as well but they are expensive 1k you get 7.5th on genesis mining and hasing 24 only 5th huge different 2.5th
the good thing about hasing 24 when you buy using a credit card the next day you can earn the profit, not like genesis mining after 1 month

They are experencing a techincal problem i doubt they are a scam company due to the fact that there is still a line of communication open most scammers would be gone.

Same here nothing since 20th July - They have been replying to peples posts on Their Facebook page and posted this yesterday... still doesnt bode well, but im keeping the faith
