I am glad someone is starting a pay what you can restaurant in Madison. There are thousands of pounds of edible food thrown out or composted every week. In college, I used to dumpster dive at Whole Foods. They would get rid of good vegetables, fruits, and breads every night. I hope some of the local grocery stores jump on with this mission.
