*BEAR MARKET VS BULL MARKET* (THE DIFFERENCE IN MINDSET ENTERING EACH ONE)
In light to the recent movement(down) in the crypto space the last two days, I decided to analyze the different mindset people tend to have when entering a bear market and a bull market. Obviously this isn't going to apply to everyone and is just my opinion but i think it will be a perspective worth sharing and would like people to share their own mindset entering a market in the comment section below so we can start some dialogue and communication on this channel. Ultimately that is my goal with every blog, video etc that i make, so that new people can have a place to ask questions and get answers. I believe their is to much accusations of people accusing someone of spreading fud for having a difference of opinion. Also people tend to blindly believe in which ever coin they support and it is normal for someone to want to silence what feels like opposition to their investment. I invite all the above with open arms .
Now to get into it i believe a bear market is really healthy and crucial to the growth of a coin. Without analyzing to much i think people entering in a bear market tend to have a longer outlook with there investment(people buying to hodl not trade). Usually they can withstand more losses after their investment without feeling pressure to sell. That person also most likely studied and researched the crypto they are investing in since common sense would say why invest in something going down in value and or already own that currency and still are not looking to sell, so they are buying to bring their average down. All of these things are good and personally it is my favorite time to enter a market.
Now to me their is a difference between a long lasting bull market consolidating at the same time and a full on bull run . Entering during a bull market that is not in the middle of a massive bull run is okay if you still believe their is a lot of growth before it reverses to a correction and comes back down. Maybe you believe when that correction happens it is more likely to be above the price you are about to enter and that is an okay strategy since entering is all about a numbers game and probability. Now entering during a bull run I see two kinds of mindset. 1) is someone believing the run is still in the middle or below and the person wants to take advantage of the run and make some extra profit even if it is with the belief they will sell and buy back at the bottom. 2) is a newbie or someone falling for hype and thinks the run is to the moon and it doesn't matter where the run is because no price is to late . Now for disclosure I do believe in 5, 10, or 20yrs the prices now for currencies still around then will be great regardless when you entered.
Now the problems with number 2 is many but ultimately no matter what strategy they had I can understand losing a little faith when you see your investment disappear by 50% or more in a matter of days. These people start to sell on top of the people that are selling because they did really good and want to partly or fully cash in on their investment. This is what starts the reversal into a correction. The point to this post was pretty much to say that WHEN YOU ENTER THE MARKET, IT CAN MEAN MORE THAN JUST WEATHER YOU LOSE OR MAKE MONEY. IT ULTIMATELY CONTRIBUTES TO THE HEALTH OF THE MARKET. THE MINDSET YOU HAVE WITH YOUR INVESTMENT COUPLED WITH WHEN YOU ENTER CAN CONTRIBUTE TO YEARS OF SUPPORT OF RESISTANCE.
ULTIMATELY YOU DECIDE. ARE YOU SUPPORT OR RESISTANCE?
Please share strategy's and thoughts below. To everyone that has followed i thank you. sorry for the lack of content , was on vacation. now that i am back i will return to all the things i have in the works. Great things ahead please
