Lovely dogwoods, one of my favorites. You know a lot more about the different varieties than I do! I enjoyed reading about them. My yard is small and pretty with virtually no shaded areas, only what the house provides when the sun is on either side of it. So I don't have a shady plant on the place, though they are beautiful as well. I also wanted to thank you for dropping by my Tree Tuesday post and leaving me a very nice upvote.
