Hello there! Covid-19 pandemic has already ruined everything. It was like a nightmare to me as I started to hit the gym on a regular basis.

Months back I made my mind to lose my excess body fat and joined a local gym. I was successfully lost about 15 pounds of weight in just one month. Then comes the Covid-19 pandemic. The gym has closed for an unknown time period.
