If you like to travel from kohat (Khyper Pakhtunkhwa) to lahore (Punjab), there is two ways to take this trip.

Just a brief intro for other users, Kohat and Lahore are the cities of Pakistan.

One direct way which is through Daewoo bus from kohat city is from ADA near issb chowk, If you move towards PAF cinema, you can find there bus station next to flying coach stops. Daimond and khyber are the two bus service companies. They travel from kohat every night at 9 o clock and reach lahore lari Ada near 4:30am in morning. Diamond has also services timings at 7PM, 8PM and 9PM but for Khyber they have only at 9PM. The services of both are non stop, they will just have one short pause at Hotel near Fateh Jhang for refreshment. Both of them use Motorway after Tarnol interchange. and both serve food ( 1 packet of Slanty, Biscuit and Nimko with drink). Seats are comfortable, and they are providing AC service. As of now, the Khyber Daewoo is charging 1100 PKR. while daimond has cheap rates.

Now moving towards the indirect way which is through rawalpindi or peshawar. Instead of direct Bus services, you can also go for indirect Train service and Flying coach service.

For rawalpindi you can take train or flying coach from kohat to perwadai Ada Rawalpindi and from there you have again choice for transit through Daewoo (Naizi express, Faisal Mover, Daewoo Express,, etc) or train which can takes you to lahore. From kohat you can take Flying coach anytime from morning to late night, but for train they have only one time i.e morning 6/7 AM. The timing of the train from Rawalpindi station to lahore is 12;30AM (means mid night). or you can take Daewoo which is availabe every half hour.

What I suggest is, take the direct Daewoo, which is more convenient, cheaper, and easy accessible for your journey from kohat city to lahore city. Above all is based on my experience, I would love to hear more from you in comments.
