🏆 TRAVELFEED WEEKLY ROUND-UP #10

Hello travellers! Another week comes to an end and again you have amazed us with your amazing travel posts. The amount of posts of exceptional quality in #travelfeed is steadily on the rise, and we are very happy about the positive feedback that we have received from many of you. Also, we are happy to see that an increasing amount of bigger accounts is aware of TravelFeed and rewarding the best posts with some extra upvotes.

With the increasing rewards from our curation posts, we have decided to raise the rewards for the weekly winners starting next week: While until this week, we were choosing three winners who would receive 1 SBD each, we will name a first, second and third place starting next Sunday who will receive different tiered rewards: The first place will receive 3 SBD, the second place 2 SBD and the third place 1 SBD. We hope that this increase in rewards will be an even higher motivation for you to create truly exceptional travel posts!

Our @travelfeed-bot is constantly improving and contributing to keeping #travelfeed the spam-free tag for quality travel blogs that we envisioned when we started the project. With the new improvements, the number of missed posts should be reduced significantly. Also, the language detection has been vastly improved, which should prevent false comments on bilingual posts that have over 250 words in English.

With #de-travelfeed, we have launched the first language-specific TravelFeed tag three weeks ago and thanks to the great work of the @de-travelfeed Team @lichtcatchtoby and @moriartyroue, the project has already managed to attract many authors of great travel posts as well as built up a powerful curation trail. This encourages us to plan the launch of more language-specific TravelFeed tags!

Did I Really Just Spend 3 Months in India?!

I am currently in Pokhara, Nepal after spending 3 months traveling all over Northern India. It has been quite a journey and I am on the last month of this travel experience in Asia now. So, I am giving myself space to reflect and relax after, what was really, a very intense and transformative journey throughout India.
