The green area and some of the historic old building very nice to see from the water, not often we take an unusual trip and go sightseeing in our own ports.

As for the cow - Ventspils had its first cow parade in 2002. Ever since they settled in the town and the blue one in the picture is the Sailor Cow. So you get to see various cow figures around the city!
Had to refresh my memory on this cow parade and how it came about, vaguely remembered it being a thing years ago, just could not remember the thing. Thanks for sharing the Sailor Cow @rimicane
