The Lion's Rock Country Park

One of the easiest hike in HK and has several starting points. It's well known in HK and was called Lion's rock because of the shape of the rock formations at it's peak. The trails to the peak are easy. One of them would be approximately a 20-30minute hike, considering we were all girls and are pretty slow 😂 Anyone could take the trails even old people regularly go and hike Lion's rock.

It is a very a wonderful place for the hikers and not just for the hikers even just like us who are sometimes or mostly not all the time to hike there, but the feelings that you finished the trails or go to the peak is a kind of stress relieving.

There is a lot of benefits while hiking in the lions rock because in my experience the benefits that I get are:

• first, the feeling of no hesitation to get there, because many hikers are probably excited to get there as always.

• second is you cannot feel tired because the enjoyment while hiking is a very wonderful feeling, as I can see to the other hikers there faces are all happy while walking in the peak.

• third benefits that I experience while I was walking in the peak is the good health because when you do this everyday you can have a wonderful health in your bodies, because I witness that while I was hiking there. The fresh air, the sweat that comes out to your body and if even you just walk slow still you can propbably feel that you heart feel okay.

At the peak, you'll get a magnificent view of Kowloon and meet other hikers as well.
