Typically your cell phone provider should work just fine. Just check your coverage where you're planning to travel. You may need to temporarily upgrade your phone plan if they throttle your hotspot.
If I'm not mistaken it looks from your gravatar that you have a little travel guitar on your lap? I love my travel guitar!
It's actually a ukulele, but it certainly is easy enough to travel with. :-)
