Greetings steemians yesterday visit the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Armando Reverón with @arrozymangophoto
This museum is located in the Central Park Complex, a symbol of Caracas, its contemporary architecture was built between 1978 and 1983, Central Park has two financial towers of 59 floors each, with a height of 225 mst, these were the highest in Latin America until 2003, this complex also includes housing development consisting of 8 buildings of 44 floors each, commercial and cultural areas of which is part of the Armando Reveron Museum of Contemporary Art.
The museum has changed its name several times but always maintains its line, as the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas.
At the moment it takes the name of one of the Venezuelan plastic artists of great Latin American transcendence, Armando Reverón, this plastic artist born in Caracas 10 of May of 1889, known by works like the Castillete that constructed in the Guaira, in Macuto, from where the artist with view sea dedicated itself to create isolated of the city. Internationally he is better known for works such as Rag Dolls that have been exhibited in Museums such as the Modern Art of New York.
At the Armando Reverón Museum of Contemporary Art, you can find works by Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, Joan Miró, Fernando Botero, Jesús Soto, Carlos Cruz Diez and other international and national artists.
I enjoy art very much, I go inside them, admire and interpret art in various forms, feel it, decipher the expression of the artist through it, admire the artistic work I am passionate, so I enjoyed this visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art Armando Reveron.
After finishing the tour of the museum we gave our palate a taste at the Café TECC, this is located in the gardens of the Museum, its menu ranges from pizzas, sandwiches, infusions, coffees and desserts.
We had a delicious coffee with chocolate chip cookies and we took advantage of this pleasant moment to talk a little bit about our green project, an ecological and intelligent house that I will be contacting you about in my next posts.
