Walking through Krasnogorsk I met a whole alley of such clocks. On these clocks the time is always "five minutes to New Year." It is very pleasant to look at them on a gray dank day, when the sky is full of clouds, ready to burst into rain or snow.

Гуляя по Красногорску я встретил целую аллею таких часов. На них время всегда "без пяти минут Новый Год". Очень приятно смотреть на них в серый промозглый день, когда на небе сплошные тучи, готовые разразиться дождем или снегом.
Смотрите какой контраст с тем, что окружает эти новогодние часы.
Я помню время, когда на улицах городов были подобные часы, в которых двигались стрелки. И вдруг они все исчезли с улиц наших городов. Их заменили цифровые табло с указанием времени и температуры воздуха.
Я признаюсь, что было интересно смотреть на такие табло. Они функциональнее, несут больше информации, но теперь я понимаю, что они не живые, дух времени пропал с улиц наших городов.

Я бы хотел встречать чаще вот такие часики. Но это уже другая история. Такие ходики остались в прошлой жизни.

А еще мне подняло настроение в такой серый день очередное дерево с любовными замками. Скучно сидеть в выходной день дома и мять своим задом диван. Я захотел прогуляться по парку и вот там я встретил эту красоту. На этом дереве было еще не так много замков, но они были такие веселенькие и интересные. Я думаю, что это дерево будет еще обрастать новыми замками.

Обычно принято вешать замки на обрешетку мостов, поэтому Власти городов решили перенести их с мостов на деревья. Но уткам на это наплевать. Они продолжают плавать там, где им нравится, где их лучше кормят.

Soon soon a New Year. I want to thank my children. that they gave me a couple more days without snow. I rarely get to walk in such well-groomed parks. I'm used to wandering in the woods. Sometimes you have to Wade through thickets, through trees that are very close to each other. Therefore, a walk in such a Park for me is always like a holiday.

Скоро скоро Новый Год. Хочу сказать спасибо своим детям. что они подарили мне еще пару дней, в которых нет снега. Мне редко удается погулять по таким ухоженным паркам. Я привык бродить по лесу. Иногда приходится пробираться сквозь чащу, сквозь деревья, которые стоят очень плотно друг к другу. Поэтому прогулка по такому парку для меня всегда бывает как праздник.
