A toast to myself,
A toast to the sunset.
Having dinner on the banks of the Mekong River, I waited for a beautiful sunset again, watching a round of red sun quietly fall in the mountains of Thailand on the other side.
The boats come and go, I am in a foreign land, and some thoughts come to my mind.

I think of a passage to share with you: the interesting things in the world, including poetry, wine, philosophy, and love, are often useless.
Singing useless poems, getting drunk with useless wine, reading useless books, loving useless feelings, and finally becoming a useless person, but living a good life because of it.
