RE: The Oldest Wooden Building in Korea, Geuk Lak Jeon of Bongjeong-sa Temple
Awesome find! Well, I mean there are lot of cool places to share with us in Korea, and you're blog really celebrates that and I love it. But this place I really like. I love old architecture from any culture, and this is OLD! Wow.
What percent of the building is original? Is it just the main beams? Or other parts as well. I'd be thoroughly impressed that roof is 800 years old. Wow.
Latest with me is I found a great social place to spend most of the winter here in Thailand. I'm still in this cool traveler town of Pai; 4 hours by van north west of Chiang Mai the main city in northern Thailand. Came here straight from Steemfest; and life is good! Wishing you the very best! -Dan
PS. Your English is good. Very well written! Keep up the great work, and if I make it back to Korea I'm gonna find you! :)
