The Royal Wedding : Ummaid Bhawan Palace

It was a wedding that I would not have liked missing. What a beautiful set up and how warm the guests were treated by the family. Hotel Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur is a luxury resort well known all over the world and attending a wedding their was in itself an experience. So, traditionally at Indian weddings - you have the "Sangeet" (Dancing & Music all night long) a day before the wedding and then the wedding next day. Their sangeet was at Mehrangarh Fort.

Umaid Bhawan Palace, located at Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels.It houses the Jodhpurs royal family as well the Hotel of 375 rooms. Umaid Bhawan Palace was awarded as the World's best hotel at the Traveller's Choice Award by TripAdvisor.
