Beautiful Bali
Bali is one of the most popular island in Indonesia, It's a nice place to visit for holiday. Long time ago I wondered why so many tourists come to Bali for Holiday Because Indonesia has so many places and beaches to visit, after few years finally I understand why.
First, Culture. Bali has beautiful culture, when we visit Bali you can see many ceremonies in Bali and they wear their traditional clothes for the ceremony and it's so Cool because you can't find this culture out of Bali.
Second, Surfing. In one island you can find many beaches for surfing. From Kuta beach to Seminyak Beach, Berawa beach ( around 15 minutes from Kuta ) Want more big wave? you can go to Uluwatu, Padang Padang Beach its around half Hour from Kuta and still so many places for surfing ( I will explain one by one place in Bali in the next post ).
Third, DIving. Yes,in one island you can find find so many places for surfing and Diving as well example in Blue Lagoon, Tulamben, Menjangan.
Fourth, Views. Bali has beautiful views and still natural. In Bali you can't find high building (except one hotel in Sanur beach and I will Explain in the next post) because it's not allowed to build a building higher than a coconut tree because of religious reason. If you don't like crowded place you can go to Ubud to relax your mind because in Ubud has really natural views and not too many people as Kuta.
Fifth, Tamples. You can visit so many temples in many places in Bali. Every temple in Bali so unique.
Sixth, Food. The local food in Bali so nice. But if you don't like local food you still can choose like thousand western restaurants in Bali.
Seventh, Party. If you like party you can find so many clubs in Bali. Legian Street is the most popular place with many clubs, example Sky Garden, Vi Ai Pi, Apace, Bounty. Need more fancy? y0u can go to Mirror, Potato Head and Seminyak Area clubs.
Lovely - one of the most beautiful places on earth, with some of the warmest, friendliest and welcoming people you'll ever meet. I've visited Bali and some nearby islands five or six times already, and I'll be going over to Nusa Lembongan in about two weeks from now. Absolutely love it there.
You live in a truly wonderful, amazing part of the world, @vegals. How do you feel about the growth of tourism and so many visitors who don't share your customs or values? I've come to avoid Kuta now as it is, in my opinion as a visiting outsider, a loud, fast-paced and overly busy area that is nothing like what the rest of your beautiful island has to offer.
@badastroza Actually, I like see the tourist come to Bali with happiness and smiles, this one make me feels so good. And yes Kuta is so crowded now.
And Nusa Lembongan is really nice as well. I was there last year for a week, it's really beautiful and quite place. And what I like the most in Nusa Lembongan is seafood because seafood much cheaper than Bali, I had a packet seafood (Lobster, tuna, prawns, squid, clams, rice, salad, and sambal) just 170.000 Rupiah. In Bali for Lobster its cost around 400.000 Rupiah.
