Ay cool I was reading about this the other day. Some dicks(pun intended)vandalized it! Apparently our government is going to re-erect it asap! Cool pictures too, especially the one looking up the river running down the hill(:
It was such a great place for a hike... and a bit of a laugh as well.. haha yeah I hear so far they've sent a helicopter to lift it up but it was too heavy so the plans continue. So funny
Yeah I can imagine! Do you live here or just visiting? these pictures make me wanna go into the forest so bad, but here I am stuck in an office until friday.
And hahaha that idea sounds very typically short sighted, I mean it's just a huge boulder, who would expect it to be heavy :o :p
I'm visiting now but certainly interested in making the move! Haha yeah so many funny angles to this story... :)
