Relaxing in the Costa Rica Rain Forest

Our stay at Eden Atenas in Costa Rica was one of the highlights of our trip. Each morning we drank coffee while looking through the colorful fauna and catching a stunning view of the nearby volcanoes. The hosts prepared delicious, vegan, and organic breakfast which was perfect before heading out on our day trips. What I would give to go back and relax on this deck overlooking the jungle.

      I spent 1 1/2 months there last year and absolutely loved it. I ended up traveling to every single country in Central America, but Costa Rica remains a very special place to me.
