On February 28th, FAT announced it will accept cryptocurrency for over 20,000 flights. Other airlines that have been accepting cryptocurrency are Latvia’s AirBaltic , Poland’s LOT, Japan’s Peach airlines and Surf Air airlines. There are third-party services, such as CheapAir.com, Expedia, and Universal Air Travel Plan, to book flights with over 260 carriers (and Amtrak) using Bitcoin.
