I just love the outdoors. When I lost my right leg, I was grounded! You don't know how much you love something, until you don't have it anymore. I took my last step in 2017. People loose an eye or hearing in one ear, believe me, a leg lost, is far worse. Ask anyone in a wheelchair when last anyone spoke directly to them as opposed to about them. The wheelchair assistant is always asked for details about you, just a fact of life.
