Hello there steemers. 

For my first post here on this community, I am going to present you a travel report to Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia.

Last year we had an idea to travel to Croatia by car. From Vienna to Zagreb it is not incredible far away it took only about 3 1/2 hours. We stayed in a small but modern hotel next to the bus station. We bought the tickets there for our trip one day before. Our plan was to take the bus to the National Park in the early morning. At 7:30 am we took the bus and around 3 hours later we arrived. The weather was very unstable, there was a chance of rain any time.

There are 2 parts of this lakes, the lower Lakes and the higher Lakes. We just spent time at the lower lakes, to include the higher lakes it is better so stay there for 2 days. You can take the bus inside this area as well, so you can decide whether you want to walk up and take the bus down or other way around.

Some impressions

This place is at the beginning you need to go down and walk a bit back, but it’s worth it

You can decide whether you walk in the middle on some small footbridges, or on the side

When you walk in the middle, you can take beautiful pictures

Here you can see, that you can nearly walk on the water. When there was a heavy rain before your shoos can get wet, so take care

At the end it started to rain, so we decided to take the bus to go down. This was one of the last pictures

I am sorry for my bad English, I am still learning to get better! English is the language where you can reach the most people. But maybe I will provide everything in German and in English in future
