Wat Chaiwatthanaram, an attractive ancient temple, in Ayutthaya Historical Park, Thailand
Ayutthaya Historical Park can attract many people around the world to visit due to the beauty of the ancient ruins of temples.
Wat Chaiwatthanaram is one of the most attractive temples in this famous park.
Its architectural style is unlike any other temples, as part of the architecture was influenced from the ancient Khmer art which was modeled after Angkor Wat.
Apart from the beauty of the architecture of buildings, another interesting thing in Wat Chaiwatthanaram are the ancient Buddha statues.
There are many of them, but it’s unfortunate that most of them have no heads, there are only 2 of them that remain heads at present.
In addition, some people who visit Wat Chaiwatthanaram like to wear beautiful ancient Thai clothing and take photos with the stunning ancient ruins of Wat Chaiwatthanaram.
They may imagine that they walked in the ancient time.
I can say that Wat Chaiwatthanaram is a valuable ancient temple that you must stop by to see.
p.s. I used to present photos of Wat Chaiwatthanaram to you in my old post, but these are new ones.
