Khao Khram Waterfall, one of the beautiful natural attractions in Phatthalung province, in the South of Thailand

Although Phatthalung is just a small province in the South of Thailand and it isn't adjacent to the sea, Phatthalung has many natural attractions, as I showed you in my several posts. (Above all, it’s my hometown….)

Mountains in Phatthalung are abundant with trees and there are many waterfalls.

Khao Khram Waterfall is one of the beautiful natural attractions in Phatthalung.

Khao means mountain

It’s a small waterfall in Khao Pu National Park. It is a place of relaxation for people in this area.

There are two large amazing trees in front of the waterfall. These act as a natural gate of the waterfall.

To step into the waterfall area, you may want to pass through this tree gate and take photos of this gate for the good memories as it is a significant symbol that you have arrived at Khao Khram Waterfall….

In the pool of Khao Khram Waterfall, you will encounter a lot of fish swimming in the water close to you which will make you feel so excited. (unfortunately, I have no photos for you.) These fish are well-known among local people as “Pla Tuad”.

Apart from beautiful scenery of the waterfall and the forest, Khao Khram Waterfall can also attract many people to see these Pla Tuad.

The white letters in the Thai language that you can see in the far distance stated the name of Khao Khram Waterfall and the place where Pla Tuad live.

It’s unfortunate that it’s because of the dry season, water is at a low level at present.
