Absolutely! We were astonished at how inexpensive it was to take an Uber across town. The locals apparently don't appreciate Uber's presence in Mazatlan because it takes business away from the Pulmonias (the golfcart-like vehicles), but we enjoy having a predetermined price and overall safety of it.
