Road Trip NYC - LA | Stop 1: Detroit

We started our New York City to Los Angeles road trip and the first stop was Detroit. We arrived in the morning and ate at Dimes and then hopped on our bikes and went around the city exploring.

First we rode to an old abandoned train station, The Michigan Central Station.

Then we rode to Hitsville, USA home of Motown Records and took a tour through the museum.

The final stop was the Packard Auto Plant, which has been abandoned for some time. We got caught by a security guard trying to get in, but he was nice enough to let us walk around the open area but we weren't allowed to explore the inside of the plant. Kind of a bummer but definitely better than getting arrested.
