A trip to Makwanpur Gadi

Hi, guys I am back on Steemit after a long time. I wasn't able to post stuffs because of a long vacation over here in Nepal. So, here I am with a small post about a place that I visited lately.

Makwanpur Gadi is one of the historical place of Nepal. It was the place where king of Makwanpur used to live and which was also a fortress of his. Makwanpur Gadi is located at top of the mountain and from here you can catch an amazing view.

I had to trek all the way up to here from Hetauda. It takes about 2 hours to get here with a normal trekking speed. You can also choose to come by motorbikes or private vehicles. But, belive me guys trekking all the way up to here is much more fun and it is worth it.

On your arrival here you will see an amazing view of the whole city. And you get to visit the palace where the king used to live. Most of the palace is destroyed by now but still looks awesome. Upon asking the local people here, most of the items were either stolen or sold.

I couldn't do more research about this place more because there were less locals willing to talk to me. But still it was an awesome place to be.
