Colorful Cape - One Month Remote Working in Africa
It’s been almost three weeks since I left Norway.
I’d been to Africa before, but the Seychelles and South Africa is very different from what I’ve seen before. I love both of these countries, but South Africa is just something else.
It’s colorful, vibrant and alive! I love the food here and I haven’t taste anything that I didn’t like! The nature is also something else.
I wish I had more time here. Two weeks just ain’t enough.
Arts and crafts market at Waterfront.
There’s just so
Much to look at here!
Time for lunch!
Coworking spaces everywhere! The perfect city for remote working!
Speaking of remote working. The cofounder of Woo Themes, Magnus, hooked us up with office space at their headquarters in Cape Town. (Woo Commerce)
That’s pretty awesome!!
Working from the Seychelles was a hard. He WiFi was almost non-existing.
Cape Town has been a lot better. Thanks to that awesome office space, I’ve had some very efficient days here.
The Airbnb also has great WiFi and we have enough space, so that the three of us can work without disturbing each other. @arnfinn, @travelmarcus and I are staying together in an area called Green Point.
It’s so quiet and nice here!
Stay posted for food posts!
Susanne
That is cool you are going to be working remotely for a month there. I have always wanted to do that. Live and work in a different place every month or two but right now I have a large boat anchor tied to my feet. Soon though hopefully!
If anybody wants to visit Africa, then Cape Town is definitely the place to start, to me I rate Cape Town to be among the most beautiful cities in the world.

I have never been to South Africa before. I did not know it was such a beautiful place. I've always been a desert in Africa. I have never heard of research from the internet. That's why I love Steemit. teaches me something that I want to learn but I am cold for research. thank you also for sharing. @susanne
Thanks for sharing! Cape town is my wife's favorite place in the world we have visited. If you get the chance take a drive down the coast to Hermanus. It's an incredible little town and you can watch the whales from the shore. The countryside around there is awesome too.
Thanks for the positive views on South Africa. Cape Town is certainly a beautiful world-class city...with challenges, like the current drought. Enjoy your stay!
Great images! Did you do any post edits, or was it straight off the camera? (was it a phone?) 👍
South Africa looks so beautiful, @susanne! You are very lucky to be able to do remote work in places such as this one :)
Beautiful Country! Wish you a nice stay!
This is the perfect spot to spend my honey moon. I can feel the sweet weather from the pics
This place is definitely on my bucket list. Did you go on a safary?
