By train through Europe - 24th August - Florence

Not wanting to, again, be at the mercy of hundreds of tourists, we picked a location that seemed far enough outside of the city. A small park, with free entry, about an hour walk away from the place where we stayed.

On our way there, we encountered a legit Steemwhale!

The park turned out to have been a good choice. We experienced absolute tranquility, only interrupted by songbirds and a bunch of mosquitos that tried to eat us. I am surprised that I still have blood left.

Back again, the afternoon was spent working on things that needed to be done. Vacation? No. There’s always something.

In the evening, we were at least able to get some more delicious food, of which you can never have enough in my opinion.
