Daocheng Aden scenic area is located in Aden village of Shangri-La Town, Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan province. It is composed of three sacred mountains of "Xian Nai day, Yang Mai Yong, Siano Dorji" and the surrounding rivers, lakes and alpine meadows.

2, the southern line: Chengdu - Ya'an - Erlang Shan - Hu Ding - Kangding - Xindu bridge - Yajiang - Litang - Daocheng Aden.

Details: the route of the south line is slow to climb, and the road conditions are better than the north line. The people who first set foot in the plateau are also more easily adapted, and the natural and humanistic scenery along the way is also very attractive.
If the time is sufficient, it is suggested that the friends choose to go south or north to the south, so that the scenery on both sides will not be missed, and the total round-trip time is about 6-7 days. 从成都到稻城亚丁有两条线路可以选择，它们各有优势，都非常有特色，充满十足的风情。

1、北线：成都—都江堰—映秀—四姑娘山(日隆)—小金—丹巴—八美—塔公—新都桥—雅江—理塘—稻城亚丁。

详细情况：北线较南线多100多公里，路况相对来说也比较差，因此所耗用的时间也会比南线长。另外，北线海拔爬升较急，如第一晚选择住日隆(海拔3200米)的话将可能出现高原反应。

2、南线：成都—雅安—二郎山—沪定—康定—新都桥—雅江—理塘—稻城亚丁。

详细情况：南线的行程海拔爬升较缓，且路况比北线要好，初次涉足高原的人也更加容易适应，并且沿途自然美景和人文风光也非常吸引人。如果时间充足的话，还是建议驴友们选择南进北出或北进南出，这样两边的景色都不会错过，总共的往返加上游玩时间差不多在6-7天左右。总之，自驾所感受到的绝美风光和人文情怀，是无法用语言去形容的。

2、俄绒措

又称牛奶海，属于古冰川湖，位于央迈勇山脚下，面积0.5公顷，海拔4500米，上方有大片冰川，据说在春日万物复生之时，湖水犹如牛奶一般洁白，状如水滴，似琼浆玉液，清澈秀雅，在传说中，是能治愈聋哑怪病的圣湖。

3、卓玛拉错湖

此湖海拔4100米，面积0．75公顷。卓玛拉措，意为“仙女、渡母”之意，“措”为湖泊、海子之意，因此卓玛拉措又叫渡母海。它就像是一枚碧绿通透的宝玉，荡漾出夺目的光彩，云光日影中甚美，令人目驰神迷。

4、冲古寺

冲古寺意为填湖造寺，隶属贡嘎郎吉岭寺，海拔3900米，位于仙乃日雪峰脚下，至今有800多年的历史，在小经堂内供有泥塑释迦。从寺中往下眺望，只见亚丁村柔和如月，宁静而安和，充满祥瑞之气。

建议游玩：1-2小时

门票：包含在亚丁门票内(150元)

补充：

1、亚丁门票为150元/人;

2、冲古寺到珍珠海2公里左右，冲古寺到珍珠海只能选择徒步或是坐滑杆，徒步需要50分钟左右，坐滑杆40分钟左右(30元/人往返)

【温馨提示】

1、稻城亚丁属于高原季风气候，积雪期为每年九月底至次年五月初，前往旅游的朋友们要准备好保暖衣物、防雨雪用具，做好相关防寒措施，同时在景区徒步或者骑马时也要注意安全，起码应当三人以上结伴而行。

2、稻城亚丁海拔较高，容易产生高原反应，而医疗卫生的防护条件又比较差，所以最好提前做好防范措施，比如准备一些抗高原反应、预防感冒的药物等等，不建议年老体弱者前往。

3、稻城亚丁位置比较偏僻，条件比较艰苦，餐食口味方面也不一定能够让人满意，但是为了美景，哪怕是吃的再苦，也是值得的。当然，自己准备一些小零食也是可以的。

4、10月中旬的稻城是最美的，无论是壮丽的古冰川遗迹，还是清丽如镜的湖面水光，抑或是附近透着浓厚的淳朴气息的村寨，在风中坚挺着的白扬树林，都是值得摄影爱好者一去的。

5、要注意尊重当地民风民俗，遵守相关旅游规定。
