Soka Flower Waterfall is located in Mount Kelir, Jatimulyo, Girimulyo, Kulonprogo. This waterfall is quite beautiful and unique because the water has two colors, namely white and green toska. Not only the water alone, the rocks around this waterfall also has two different colors, the rocks are yellow and rock cliffs to the left of the red waterfall. The name of Flower Soka was chosen by the residents as the name of this waterfall because one of its source comes from an underground water source, where many soka blooms grow around it. Not difficult to get to this waterfall because in the vicinity of Jonggrangan market there is a signpost road that leads tourists to get there.
One more natural attractions in the region worth visiting, namely waterfall Kembang Soka in Dusun Gunungkelir, Jatimulyo Village, Girimulyo District, Kulonprogo Regency. Kembang Soka is a waterfall located in a valley flanked by two hills.
Location of this waterfall is located in the hills Menoreh, about 35 kilometers west of downtown Yogyakarta. Being in the hills are still very beautiful and far from urban areas make the waterfall is very cool and fresh.
The specialty of this waterfall is to have clear water and water availability throughout the year. In addition to the clear water and always there throughout the year, another thing that makes the waterfall Koka Soka interesting is the existence of several natural ponds. The pool can be used by visitors to swim to enjoy the fresh water in the Menoreh mountains.
In the waterfall there are about two ponds (kedung) which has a depth of about one and a half meters. To reach the waterfall location Kembang Soka, visitors must walk as far as 300 meters with a fairly steep terrain. But the visitors do not have to worry, along the declining path, the manager has prepared several gazebos and benches to rest, if visitors feel tired. In addition, the manager also prepares a viewing postage to see the beauty of Kembang Soka from the top of the hill.
Please be careful when down the valley especially after the rain, road conditions are rather slippery. Along the path to the waterfall do not have to worry about thirst, there are some shelters to rest and the food vendors nearby.
Waterfall Kembang Soka first opened late January 2015. Although new in open to the public, if the waterfall holiday is quite crowded. It is not separated from the existence of social media that quickly make this place became famous.
