I Took A Picture in Ibiza

I am not a outgoing person. I enjoy going out but I am in no way crazy. I enjoy having a few beers at a bar but avoid the party/club scene like the plague. So when I was invited to a wedding in Ibiza I was a little skeptical. I've heard stories about Ibiza. All summer is one long crazy party.

I was wrong. Ibiza is not a crazy party, it is a beautiful island that I can't wait to visit again.

Getting around the island was not difficult. Walking or taking the water taxi was all that was required once you get to the hotel from the airport. Every second outside was filled with beautiful ocean views, shops, and cafes.

My favorite spot was on top of the old island wall. Cannons pointed over the city and the mountains in the distance were just as beautiful as the water.

I did have the benefit of having the company of someone who grew up visiting the island. She was able to show me the little shops and places that were more my style rather than the big party spots. But even walking around with no guide you couldn't help but find beauty. Even the party achene was a lot of fun once I was there!

I can't stress this enough. If you ever have a chance please go see this island! I will be returning next summer to see even more!
