I am researching on how Chatbots could improve Hotels guest experience and simplifies concierge daily tasks.

The language barriers have a negative impact on the customer's experience and concierge time-consuming. Am I right?

Would you be happy to ask or book anything while you laying on the bed?

• Find the nearest restaurant - recommends from the Hotel
• Book a car service, tours or spa - recommends from the Hotel
• Late Checkout or extend your stay.

Would you be happy if a Chabot could speak perfect Chinese, Japanese, Russian, English...??

Let’s image you just arrived in NYC and you are in your comfortable hotel room relaxing after taking a nice shower. What’s next?

• You are hungry and you are looking for a restaurant?
• You want to sleep.
• Want you to find a cocktails bar?
• You need to know where is the nearest Pharmacy

Would you be happy to Chat with the Hotel Virtual Assistance and ask: Where is the nearest Sushi restaurant?.....Or do you prefer to get out of the room and go ask the concierge?
