Do you know Shaomai? Shaomai is a type of traditional Chinese dumpling.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together with the pork, shrimp, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil,
salt, and pepper. Many Japanese people love Shaomai. Of course, I am one of them. ;)
